Description
A Mouse In A Crowded House was the album Thomas Hansen was working on up until his untimely death in 2007.
Although you can hear Thomas’ talent for songwriting, it is obvious, that he was not feeling well at the time, and out of respect to his parents Beth & Terje the music wasn’t released back then.
In 2016 A Mouse In A Crowded House got an official digital release in connection with the documentary Burn the Place You Hide. But somehow the music deserved more and now we’re finally able to give these tracks a proper physical release.
The tagline for the album was “Forever unfinished” since Thomas didn’t get the chance to put his finishing touch to all the songs, and thus the recordings has a LoFi feel to them.
Although the digital release had a different artwork by Andreas Tellefsen, the artwork for this vinyl release is actually a rework of Thomas’ original sketch for the vinyl.
The vinyls are pressed as both a greenish and a black version.
